This feature lets you and your team manage a shared email address like support@mycompany.com, sales@mycompany.com etc.

Start by setting up a Shared Mailbox to work with Hiver. For this, go to the Hiver admin panel, and click on the “Shared Mailbox” link on the left pane. You’d be guided through the steps to set it up, which takes under a minute.

Once you’ve set it up, ¬†just go back to your Gmail, and you’d see a link to access the shared mailbox in your Gmail sidebar.

When you open one of these emails, you would be able to assign these emails to your team-mates and change their status using the right bar, as shown in the image below.

You can also use other Hiver features like email notes, shared labels, templates and snooze/reminders with the emails you receive and manage through the shared mailbox.
