Hiver's AI Copilot is built with enterprise-grade security in mind. Here’s how we ensure your business data remains private and protected at every step:
Security features
- End-to-end encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
- Secure storage: AI data is stored in Pinecone, a high-security vector database.
- Access control: Only authorized users can access AI Copilot data. Role-based access control policies apply to AI Copilot settings.
Data usage and model handling
- AI Copilot uses the enterprise version of GPT-4o mini & GPT-4o via Microsoft Azure.
- Hiver does not train or fine-tune models using your data.
- None of your data is sent to OpenAI for training purposes.
System performance
- AI Copilot is optimized for high performance across large datasets.
- Any potential delays during large queries are minimal and handled through scalable cloud infrastructure.
Opting out
- You can disable AI features entirely in your Hiver settings.
- To request removal of previously used AI data, email Hiver support.
