Hiver chat alerts you if you’re about to respond to a visitor who is already conversing with another agent. You will see an alert like (see screenshot below):

So for e.g. Agent B will see if Agent A is already replying to a chat as “Agent A is typing…”.

But if Agent A stops typing then Agent B will no longer see this alert. The alert disappears after 5 seconds once the agent stops typing even if they’re still on the chat window.
