Referring to Additional Contact Details Using “Chat details” Section

Agents can use the “Chat details” section in the right-side panel of Hiver chat to see more information about the contact they are speaking to.

These details include:
  1. “Initiated from”: The URL of the webpage from which the chat was initiated.
  2. “Initiated at”: The timestamp of when the chat was initiated.
  3. “Other Chats”: A list of of any previous chats with the same visitor.
Note: Previous chats with the visitor will only be available if the “Email Capture” option is enabled and Hiver was able to capture the email address of the visitor.
