Importing emails to your Shared Mailbox

If you have just set up an email id,  say support@company.com, on Hiver as a Shared Mailbox, there is a chance that you have been receiving emails on this email id for some time now, and want those emails to be imported to the Hiver Shared Mailbox.

To get this done, please write to us on support@hiverhq.com. We can assist you in importing this emails. If the number of emails is small (under 1000), the process can be completed in just a few hours. If you have a very large number of emails to be imported, the process might need a few days to complete.
