Integrating Alias of your Shared mailbox id

If you have set up a Shared Mailbox in Hiver (say, support@company.com), and have other aliases for this email address that forward emails to this address (say, techsupport@company.com or support@sistercompany.com), you can set up your Hiver Shared Mailbox to handle the emails sent to the aliases too.

To update the alias information for a Shared Mailbox

  • Go to the Hiver Admin panel.
  • Click on the Shared Mailbox tab to see the list of Shared Mailboxes on your Hiver account.
  • Click on the gear icon on the right of the Shared Mailbox for which you want to add an alias .


On the settings page that opens, click on the “Aliases” tab to enter the list of aliases, and save the Shared Mailbox.
