Added new user to Hiver account but can't assign emails to her in Shared Mailbox

There can be any of the following reasons behind this

  • She hasn't registered with Hiver

When you add a new user to Hiver, she will get an email asking her to register with Hiver. Once she registers with Hiver only then will she be added to the Shared Mailbox.

  • The admin has not added her to the Shared Mailbox

Along with adding the new user to the Hiver account you should also add her to the Shared Mailbox to see her name on the 'Assign to' drop down list.
