Steps to summarize an email thread
- Click on the AI Summarizer icon (Summarize conversation) at the top of any email.
- AI Summarizer will then analyze the conversation and display a concise summary. You can edit the summary if needed, copy and paste it into email replies or save the summary as a note and tag team members using '@' + their name.
- If you save a summary as a note, it shows up in the notes section next to the conversation.
